Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. Please ensure that the shipping address entered is accurate, as we are not responsible for items being delivered to the wrong address or for any additional charges incurred for resending the item. If an item is received damaged during delivery, please contact our customer support team within three days of delivery for assistance.

We cannot be held responsible for any items that are not received due to the recipient's absence at the shipping address. The customer will be responsible for any associated charges in such cases.
